At Cambridge Scale, we stand behind the quality and accuracy of our weighing equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and calibration certificates (if applicable)
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For high-value equipment, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Cambridge Scale is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
